How can I get an answer to a question?

There are a couple of resources you can tap into:


1. IRSA's Knowledgebase

This is a searchable list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). To get there, visit the Help Desk at:

and click on "Knowledgebase" at the upper right.

Next, enter your question or keyword in the search panel. Alternatively, click on one of the categories and explore the FAQs.


2. IRSA's Help Desk

If you cannot find the answer to your question in the Knowledgebase, submit a ticket. First, go to the Help Desk at:

Then click on "Submit a Ticket" near the top of the page.

You may log in for more options in managing your ticket, or just fill in the form.
